DONNA VALDES - RSS FOUNDER

Donna was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. After attending University of Toronto, she moved to Florida and started a career in law. She became the first Senior Paralegal III at the only non-NYC Wall Street Firm. She knew the struggles of maintaining a corporate job, choosing many times between family and her work. While the pay was excellent and she felt accomplished at work, she often compromised family time for her employer. Frustration soon set in, especially after realizing she hit the proverbial “glass ceiling”. Indeed, she reached the maximum capacity of her career and was faced with either being content in her current job, going to law school to become an attorney, or finding something completely new. The home-based business/network marketing was an industry that she investigated, and ultimately chose. She knew that in order to never hit that “glass ceiling” again, she would have to be in business for herself. She learned about leveraged income, residual income and what she was already family with; linear income and decided to dedicate her full time efforts to developing her network marketing career. 

Today, Donna is a “self-retired” corporate executive who no longer has to choose between family and work. She is an accomplished leader of the network marketing industry with over 15 years experience. Her career started in one company where she learned from great masters of the industry. She honed her skills, through failures and successes. In March 2005, she was invited to join her second company. Today, her business spans the world including distributors from Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippines, Singapore, USA and Canada. Jackie Ulmer is a network marketing veteran and author, as well as a Social Media Marketing and customer care/retention system set-up and coach to small businesses. Committed to being home to raise her children, she explored many different home business options before settling into the role as a Network Marketing business builder. ONYX COALE

Onyx Coale doesn’t let things get in her way. She worked her way through college, and spent her young adulthood traveling to around the world. Settling in New Zealand for 10 years, Onyx Coale started and built businesses. Going home to Florida, rich with experiences and an open mind, she went into the real estate business. Her friendly attitude and leadership qualities had many people offering her network marketing opportunities. JODI STOTT - RSS FOUNDER

Jodi Stott is a wife and mom of 3 adorable kids. Before she joined the network marketing industry she had extensive experience in corporate America.She managed a “Jenny Craig” center and the counter at “Nordstrom’s.”  She also excelled in sales in the beauty industry with “Five States” and technology with “Nextel” where she was the #1 associate in the State of Utah.

Because of all her experience and results she was also able to start her own company, “Simply Wireless.” She thrived on people and challenges but she was growing tired and weary in sales and in corporate America and pretty much she realized that “if my feet didn’t hit the floor, I wasn’t getting paid.  It was all up to me.” Jodi wanted to have a family but she knew she didn’t want to be away from them working long hours and so was very frustrated on how that would ever happen.

In 2002, she was able to just “share” a product she heard about with her sister.  Her sister had the most amazing results and she knew that so many other people could also benefit from this product.  So she looked hard at the industry and decided to jump in with both feet.  Even with all her skills and knowledge, she failed miserably in her first 3 years until she decided to hire a “coach”, Dani Johnson.  Through Dani’s coaching and Jodi’s persistent desire to increase her skills and knowledge, she became multi-6 figure income earner quickly that year.

Jodi personally went on to enroll over 500 Associates and helped dozens reach the highest rank in her company’s compensation plan.   She also had over 1000 retail clients.   She built an active organization of over 10,000 Associates.  She also built an automated coaching system for her team that helped her team flourish and grow.   She used her skills and knowledge to build her team site, custom marketing system, Co-op and ran successfully a PPC and email campaign before anyone was doing it in the industry. Her teams sold millions in products
